Hi,
We are currently considering Okta, and would require it to integrate with our existing Azure AD / Microsoft 365 environment.
There is no on-premise AD.
We have been told that, unlike on-premise AD, in order to provision AAD-created users in Okta, we must also purchase the lifecycle management module. Similarly, if we wish to create the users in Okta, and have these pushed out to AAD, lifecycle management is also required.
We are currently looking at including Universal Directory, but not lifecycle management.
I have reviewed https://www.okta.com/partners/microsoft/azure-active-directory/ which seems to suggest that provisioning should work with just the universal directory. Is there something I am missing?

It appears from https://www.okta.com/pricing/ that you may be able to do what you're looking to do with the Universal Directory module. However, you would want to use the Contact Sales link to confirm this with our current offering.
