Hi folks, i opened a case fo one of our users who is havinmg OKTA issues and have a case number but how do i see it withing the web site, cant see anywhere to insert the case no? Or is it a case of waiting for OKTA to respond to my email?

Hello Richard,
If you go to Me on the Top-right corner of this page, and go to My Cases, you'll be able to see the cases you submitted. Additionally, you can access them here: https://support.okta.com/help/s/cases
