Hello,
We have two agents running on windows 10 (both on version 1607 - Build 14393.1884) that are used for linking our AD to okta.
And we have a problem that is really concerning:
Both agents disconnect and reconnect 5 minutes later and this multiple time a day.
Hopefully this is not causing to much problem now since we haven't deployed the Okta account company-wide. But this is definitely going to be troublesome at some point.
The windows VMs are rebooted once every week, and when one of those disconnection occurs, the logs doesn't show any trace of reboot or disconnection. The uptime is also there to prove that point.
Can you give me any clue to investigate that matter ?

We had this issue and we narrowed it down to two things:
(1) Resources on the machine, i.e. memory and cpu
(2) The timeout in the ini file
