46ez2 (46ez2) asked a question.

What does the use experience look like for logging into through Office

Good morning, my company is launching OKTA soon and we are trying to make guides for what the user experience will look like. We have read through the official OKTA end user launch guides, but those primarily focus on OKTA and not logging in through the app that most use. I need images for the user experiences of: Office 365 web, Office 2013 outlook, Office 365 desktop.

Do images like this exist? If yes, where can I find them, or do we have to wait till launch to see what they look like?

I'm keen to see an answer for this as well. Since we're about to turn it on for thousands of users, and there doesn't appear to be a way to sage that, it would be nice to give them a heads-up about what is going to happen from their perspective.

  • Hi @46ez2 (46ez2) and @ScottM.18896 (Fire and Rescue NSW) ,

Are you looking for screenshots for the Okta Mobile to Office 365 experience, or the Desktop experience using a Web Browser?

Have you integrated Office in to your Okta Preview org yet?

    Thanks!

    Tim

I'm not sure about Rebecca, but in my case, both. In the case of our field operators (Firefighters) they would connect to email on phones and tablets. For others they use the standard Office suite applications on desktop. Unfortunately I don't have the luxury of an Okta Preview setup at this stage. I'm looking into the possibility of a test Azure/Office 365 environment (considerably cheaper) and importing a sample of them into our production Okta tenancy to test against. I presume you can integrate more than one Office365 tenancy into Okta.
