I have a group of users who are missing secondary email. I am using a custom rule like this (user.secondEmail==null). I am using this group to display an app that lets them know they need to set that up. However some users have used SMS recovery instead. I have found no api reference to the SMS recover phone. Is this attribute accessible in the same way that user.secondEmail?
basically I want a query like this
user.secondEmail==null and user.recoverysms==null

I've investigated this matter and phone number used for recovery cannot be retrieved via API or referenced; it can only be edited by the end-user in their settings since the recovery details could contain sensitive information.
Unfortunately, that's expected behavior right now and I'm not sure of a workaround, however, that sounds like an interesting feature request. You can search for, create, and vote for Ideas in the Okta Ideas portal at ideas.okta.com at anytime.
In fact, I found an existing idea that seems to describe what you're looking for: ideas.okta.com/app/#/case/106070 - I would encourage you to vote for the idea. This area is regularly monitored by our Product Management team and if they find the feature request is popular, they might consider it as part of the product roadmap.
