When I try to login form my asp.net app an error occurs "Error 400 bad request. Your request resulted in an error." (no extra details). I try many time by changing different tricks and RnD as well but no success and nothing change with error.

With regards to this query we would need to understand how you are using the .NET SDK with regards to your application and how you are trying to authenticate against Okta with your .NET application. As such I would strongly recommend raising a ticket with support so we can share necessary information and provide better guidance.
