User migration strategy

Hi,

I need some guidance with the user migration strategy in order to move to Okta. We have a Database with the users and their password hashed (no salt was used to create the passwords). We want to migrate this users to Okta (just the username and the password).

I have read the following article:

https://www.okta.com/resources/whitepaper/okta-user-migration-guide/

I understood that to migrate the password to Okta we need to have the salt used in the passwords, but we didn't salt them. Is any other way to move the password to Okta given our circumstances? Or the only option is via a password reset? (we want to avoid the password reset if possible)
