How can I access okta user custom attribute in Forgot Password Email templates.
I am able to use only following okta user attributes ${user.login}
${user.email}${user.secondEmail}${user.firstName}${user.lastName}${user.locale}

You are only able to use common attributes as stated here: https://help.okta.com/en/prod/Content/Topics/Settings/settings-EL-password.htm
Currently custom attributes are not supported for email templates. However, this sounds like a great idea and you can raise this as a feature request on https://support.okta.com/help/s/ideas
