HI, I have a User that has been renamed. The smtp e-mail address in AD has changed to reflect name change, e-mail address in Okta is the old e-mail address.
User is now getting error message trying to log on to OKTA.
Could this be due to the differing e-mail addresses?

what does the 'mail' attribute and 'proxyAddresses' attribute in AD reflect? Doe the 'mail' attribute in AD match the upn? Also, in the proxyAddresses AD attribute, what follows SMTP? BTW - It's ok if the proxyAddresses attibute is empty. Also, what does the Okta profile show?
Yes, it could be due to differing email addresses.
Is there a AD to Okta import sync setup to sync updates from AD to Okta?
