    Hi Jose,

    The error message suggests her account is not active, or possibly the app she is trying to access has been deactivated? Hard to tell without more detail.

      The APP is active (Other users can access without problems).

       

      When you said: Her account not active, you mean at the ARIBA SOURCING QUA app?

       

      She can access without problems to ARIBA SOURCING PRD...

    Hi Jose,

    This is really difficult to answer because the only detail provided is the screenshot with an error code that just says NOT_ACTIVATED.

    It could be her ARIBA account in the app itself is not active.

    The quickest option might be to just open a case with Okta support.

    The syslogs might provide some additional insight as well.

      Where can i open a ticket?

        You can access the Helpdesk through the Okta Administrator UI. There is a help and support link in the upper right corner. Click through there, and you will see an "Open a Case" link on the bottom of the page.

        If you are not an Okta administrator, you would need to go through your internal Support channels to have an admin contact Okta support.
