Hi. I would like to know the procedure to integrate administrator users to Okta. The only way is through this platform? I have tried to request it from TI in my region but they do not give me a clear answer. Apparently, my region (Latin America) does not have administrative users but it does have personnel enrolled in the MFA. Thank you!
