Hi,
Some users in my organization are receiving this error when using the shortcut to Jama in Okta's portal:
There was an unexpected error (type=Unauthorized, status=401)
Authentication Failed: Incoming SAML message is invalid
My understanding is this error is commonly related to the configuration on the SSO service's side. Any guidance in fixing this issue would be appreciated. I am not the Okta admin for my organization, but can relay any instructions on how to fix or troubleshoot this issue to the admin.

This type of error can have multiple causes, most common would be that the users are trying to access the application from a blacklisted Ip that would be set-up in a Network Zone inside Okta or perhaps some integration misconfiguration, however, this would be better investigated by submitting a ticket with our Customer Support department.
In order to find the cause of the issue in the fastest manner possible, please ask the Okta administrator of your Organization to submit a ticket with us and we will gladly assist in solving this problem.
