Hello,
We had issues logging in via our web app. We would get as far as the MFA question and then the login would fail with a 401 and 500. We found out our clientId secret had disappeared. I created a new clientId secret in each instance and resolved the issue. Have you ever seen this issue before? Do you know why this might have happened? How can we monitor the situation so it doesn't catch us by surprise again?

Can you please open a support case with us through an email to developers@okta.com in order to further investigate this issue and narrow down the root cause and find the best steps to take to avoid this issue from reoccurring?
