good day, we would like to completely disable the options shown in the login page Forgot Password and Unlock Account because we prefer our help desk to continue in assisting users for these issues.
Is there a way to do so? Thank you very much,

Check with Okta to support to see if it can be completely disabled. I'm not sure that it can. However;
If you navigate to Settings-> Customizations in your admin UI, you have the ability to change the text and the URL for "Forgot password" and "Unlock account". You can use this to send your end users to a page hosted by your company that provides specifics on how to get support.
