Accessing OKTA on new iPhone

Greetings, I had OKTA set up on iPhone but now have a new phone (same model).   I've been logged out of the account and can't get back into my existing account without a bar code to scan or a "secret" code.   I don't seem to have either of these.  How do I re-establish access?

okta admin be able to reset the MFA for your identity - then, you can reenroll in your new phone.

Thank you and sorry - I am not very knowledgeable about this.  What is "MFA" and is there a data administrator at OKTA who needs to reset for me or is my local contact who approved access for me to begin with?

Never mind – I didn’t know who could help with this but I located someone. All good now.
