We are looking to change from profile to universal sync in office 365. Are there any impacts that anyone has had or anything to look out for?
Will it push any changes to O365 groups from Okta or will it only do an O365 to Okta the first time to make sure they match.
Will it change the license assignments or will it keep them as we already have to set in Okta?

We've tested universal sync and the biggest issue we had was it syncs all directory objects. Since we use AD as a master, it made a mess of O365, bringing in objects we didn't want.
