h2rd4 (h2rd4) asked a question.

Safari and otka-auth-js as of 2020/07/14

Before the 14th, this was working just fine for safari and it still works in all other browsers. My user uses my login form, a session token is created using a server-side call to the authn endpoint. That token is then passed via JS to okta using authClient.token.getWithRedirect(tokenOptions). Since the 14th, that function seems to do nothing and I get a new error message stating "Unhandled Promise Rejection: AuthApiError". Has anyone else encountered this and is there a solution? Thank you in advance.

  • Hello there,

After looking into the matter, it seems that we did not receive any tickets with this specific error, therefore I would recommend opening a ticket with Okta Support in order to further investigate and assist with the matter.

Looking forward to further assist you.
