Hi There,
On 'Sign in' page after clicking on 'Forgot Password' link we navigate to Forgot password page, can we customize that.
I need to remove email address field and submit button , instead of of that need to show only message to call helpdesk.

I don't think you can change that page but you can customize the text of the Forgot Password link or have it point to a different URL (which could be a page you have, or create, with helpdesk instructions).
