Sorry, you can't access Citrix Gateway because you are not assigned this app in Okta.

After setting up the Citrix Netscaler App I'm able to log in when going to the Okta Portal and choosing the app. But when login to the URL it redirects me to Okta like it should but after logging in I'm getting "Sorry, you can't access Citrix Gateway because you are not assigned this app in Okta."

    usually, this error appear if the app is not provisioned to account/identity.

    • verify , if there are two instances and ensure they are provisioned your identity and also verify no duplicate in identity.
