https://{okta}/oauth2/default/v1/token
I am getting a token via this endpoint with a clientid and clientsecret. I have setup a 'customScope'. I am getting 401 Unauthorized at /api/v1/users.
I can access this endpoint with a generated 'super admin' token, but i need a limited token for just okta.users.read
