Relaystate problem with IBM Cloud SAML configuration
Has anyone integrated IBM Cloud with Okta via SAML 2.0? Apparently IBM Cloud is expecting a relay state parameter in the format of:
https://idp.example.com/SAML2/SSO/Redirect?SAMLRequest=request&RelayState=token
I'm not sure where the token part of the relay state comes from, I tried https://cloud.ibm.com but it gives me a malformed relay state error. If anyone has successfully configured this I'd love to hear how you did it.

I have checked other cases and it looks like some customers have been able to make this work by using SP-initiated (and they engaged IBM) instead of IdP-initiated and creating a bookmark app to allow sign in from the dashboard. Our built-in app. uses SWA to connect to IBM Cloud. Please feel free to open a support case if you need more assistance on this.

I did find this the case, using a bookmark app to the URL: https://cloud.ibm.com/authorize/companyname did the trick it seems a little messy as I have two IBM apps now.
