Is it possible to configure identities sync from okta to SCIM but not otherwise
I am working on SCIM2.0 integration and able to add SCIM2.0 Test App successfully in Okta to sync identities into my SaaS provider app. In left panel of provisioning tab of my SCIM2.0 Test App I see two options (1) "To App" (2) "To Okta". Is it possible for the okta admin to DISABLE "To Okta" sync for the App? So that the user/group automatic provisioning is only possible in one direction i.e. from okta IdP to SCIM2.0 app and not otherwise?
I know for "To Okta" sync option admin needs to press "import" button and confirm changes that comes from SCIM App. But due to certain reasons we are looking to disable import option altogether (if possible).

Unfortunatelly it is not possible to disable only "To Okta" part of provisioning. We can only disable it as a whole. As long as no manual import is made or automatic import setting is active it will not affect Okta.
