Okta Device Trust incompatibility with macOS 10.15.4

We may have identified a bug that I'm currently looking to get help for.

 

Platform version : macOS 10.15.4

MDM : Jamf Pro (Most recent)

Device trust : v2

 

I have upgraded our employees computers to macOS 10.15.4 and now nobody can login to the macOS native mail.app using their Gmail accounts. We have device trust restrictions on Gmail so users need to be registered with Jamf and must have the Okta device trust certificates. Users can still login to gmail.com using Safari and Chrome but the issue is affecting the native mail app. When users attempt to login to the mail app using their Google/okta accounts, they're prompted to accept the certificate, so the certificate is there and showing valid, but once they proceed to the next window, they can't login due to extra security requirements. This used to work fine before 10.15.4 and I've reproduced this issue many times. Is anyone else also having this problem?

 

I may be going crazy with this bug/issue but I haven't received any help from Okta support with a P2 ticket about this. I would really appreciate some help and feedback.

    The P2 support case you mentioned is actually awaiting your response.

     

    The last communication was from Okta Support two days ago. It appears we need to capture some logs in order to investigate the issue further, and our engineer tried to call you (left a voicemail) and shared a link to schedule a meeting if you need assistance capturing the logs.

    We upgraded our computers to 10.15.5 and users were able to login on the mail app. We think this is a bug associated with macOS 10.15.4
