    No that is not possible out of the box. OKTA will send the SMS only to Primary phone number by default.

    @AhlemC.43223 (Customer)​ I think you can achieve that in 2 ways:

    1. You can use Okta's SMS Authentication as the first factor, and a different factor that provides SMS authentication (like Duo), and register two different phone numbers to each factor.
    2. You can implement your own "SMS authenticator" (RADIUS Server) and hook it up to Okta using the On-Prem MFA factor (which is a RADIUS client).

     

    I'm just curious what would be the use case for using 2 different phone numbers.
