Firefox Okta Plugin Requires Read/Modify Privacy Settings Permission

First off, I'll never grant any plugin this permission.

Secondly, where are the release notes for this? Why is it necessary? I don't see anything on this list that the okta plugin would need to operate:

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/permission-request-messages-firefox-extensions*w_read-and-modify-privacy-settings

I use the okta plugin for a very select few apps in our org that require it's usage. Please don't make me uninstall it due to shady permissions requests.

The Read permissions are needed in order for the plugin to be able to find the specific fields ID's inside of the website where the login page is located. The modify/write is used to be able to inject (ie write) the credentials on the page and send the submit/login value.

Also here you can find the release notes for the plugin:

    https://help.okta.com/en/prod/Content/Topics/Settings/Version_Histories/Ver_History_Browser_Plugin.htm

Those permissions above are for all browsers, just that Chrome does not have that information available. IE is IE
