Hi,
User name is changing back to Name from Email Address automatically in Docusign application
Application username format- Email
I tried to remove application groups and assigned back – Not worked.
Changed User Name to email – Max was able to access for a while, but OKTA automatically turns back the user name to display name from Email Address.
can someone help?

Have you checked in Okta Admin -> Profile Editor -> Docusign app under Username to see how it is set there?
Jatin, If you are doing Okta to DocuSign integration, you need to click on the "Okta User to DocuSign" and configure login there.
