So I’m having problems with my Okta plug-in for Chrome; it’s not showing any of the applications. I can access the website, and it shows that several of my apps need to be trusted (and the plugin icon shows an exclamation mark), but when I click the plug in, all I see is the message that says,
Sign in to your Okta account through the website. After you do that, your apps should show up here.
Which, as I previously mentioned, I've already done.
I should mention that Symantec support has started using Okta for its login, and at some point it appeared to take over my plug-in, so might I have to reset the plug-in? It seems to be working because, like I said, it has the exclamation point showing that apps need to be trusted.
Has anyone seen this behavior before?
Cheers

If support "appeared to take over your plugin" then they may have the plugin configured to be IT-managed (https://help.okta.com/en/prod/Content/Topics/Browser-Plugin/admin-plugin-settings.htm) though this just gives them control over installing and upgrading it; it should still work properly. Could it be an issue where the plugin is set to a different account than the one you're using for your dashboard apps, and therefore not showing the apps you're expecting to see? https://help.okta.com/en/prod/Content/Topics/Settings/end-user-okta-account-chooser.htm
