Hi,
I have installed and configured LDAP agent for data import from CA Directory. I have configured few attributes that are part of custom object class in CA Directory to 4 Extra User Attributes fields in Okta LDAP Integration page.
I see that the values for these 4 extra user attributes shows up when tested the configuration using a user. But I don't see these fields in LDAP profile for mapping with Okta profile. How do I map these extra user attributes to Okta user profile so as to see this data on Okta user profile?
Also, I could add just 4 extra user attributes that were part of custom object class on CA Directory LDAP. How do I bring in additional custom attributes to user profiles in Okta?
Thanks,
Chenna Kesav

Check the attribute property in LDAP, for Okta to discover the attribute, it must be added to an object within the User object hierarchy in the directory: a user object, a parent object, or an auxiliary object.
In addition, You can add attributes to the directory profile if they are already in the directory then you can map.
Thanks Saurabh
The issue is resolved after adding additional attributes needed in LDAP profile and then these were visible for using the mappings in Okta profile.

Hello Saurabh and Chenna-Kesav,
We are currently working on a CA Directory / Okta LDAP Agent integration and experiencing issues with Okta understanding idmEnabledState that controls when a user needs to change password, when an account is disabled, etc. Have either of you come across this issue when integrating CA Directory? Would you have any advice on this issue or on where to find further resources that might assist in a CA Directory integration?
