I have looked in the documentation but haven't found it. Is there a way to do these actions through API?

Hello,
Currently the API's cannot be leveraged to trigger imports from Active Directory.
Currently we cannot target a preferred user, Okta will randomly connect with one of the available agents.
Perhaps raising a feature request so the product gets enhanced will drive this forward.
