I was wondering if there was a way to pre-define some of the base User Attributes in a user's profile.

For example, the attribute of department. We want to give a dropdown list of all the departments in our organization rather than someone typing it.

Why? Person-A might define or type this information differently than Person-B. Being pre-defined would help keep this consistent across the board. It also doesn't help that our MDM requires fields to be an exact Match for it to populate correctly.
