pj254 (pj254) asked a question.

Cannot use GSuite products.

Hello,

When I sign in to gsuite through okta using Chrome, Gmail and Calendar works fine, but I cannot use some products like google drive or google meet. It's showing authentication error, and there is no way to dismiss that. I tried to log out and login back may times, but no luck.

There is this error message on the request;

Request had invalid authentication credentials. Expected OAuth 2 access token, login cookie or other valid authentication credential. See https://developers.google.com/identity/sign-in/web/devconsole-project.

Request looks like this;

It works for Safari though. I tried to reset chrome, incognito, pretty much everything I can do.

    As you mentioned the issue is browser(chrome) specific correct? Is it happening just with you or everyone in your org?

    I read that you have reset chrome, however make sure your chrome doesn't have any other pre-saved logins.

    Also try to access from some other machine.
