Report - How Long User In Deactivated State

I know there's a way to get all users who are in a Deactivated state. The question is, for each Deactivated user, is there a way to get how long they have been in a Deactivated state?

    Hi Migell,

Here is the documentation that should help you use our API to pull a list of events: https://developer.okta.com/docs/reference/api/events/. The action category would be, "user deactivation."

That said, per our data retention policy, "Application generated system data (as presented in Okta’s System Log) as well as reporting based on log data older than 3 months is automatically removed. Many customers choose to integrate Okta into their security information and event management (SIEM) environment for longer retention. If you do not have a SIEM, and would like to retain this data for longer than 3 months, we recommend downloading the data from the System Log user interface."

    I hope this helps!

    Best,

    Sara
