gf6rj (gf6rj) asked a question.

How strictly does a User profile object adhere to the SCIM spec?

According to https://developer.okta.com/docs/reference/api/users/*list-all-users,

a User's profile response adheres to this schema: https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-scim-core-schema-22*section-4.1.1,

which in turn says: "E-mail addresses for the User. The value SHOULD be specified according to [RFC5321]..."

Does this mean that it's possible for invalid email addresses to be returned from Okta's API? What is the likelihood of this? Thank you!
