We are configuring CallidusCloud/SAP Sales Cloud application; which is pre-built OIN app. The vendor request that we update the entityID on our end to show...entityID="https://0662.callidusondemand.com" However, there is no place to update the entityID in the Okta Preview configuration.

Dan here on behalf of Okta's Customer Support Team, thanks for reaching out to us.
For SAML integrations the only entity Id is the Idp entity Id that you can get from "View setup instructions" on the Sign-On tab.
They probably mean to add this as the Login URL.
I have checked this URL and looks like it is the login page.
I hope this helps.
