How do I customize the ${resetPasswordLink} on Email & SMS Customization -> Forgot password?
I would like the reset password link to be app.com/resetpassword/{recoveryToken} or something like that. I do not want to use the okta url and use my own reset password screen instead

If you want to use your own password reset screen that you're hosting entirely yourself, then you can just go to Settings > Customization, and change the "Forgotten password URL" to point to your own password reset page. This way, you don't even have to use Okta for forgotten passwords and won't need to send out an email.
If you're not hosting an entire solution yourself, and if you just want a vanity URL in the password reset link, then Okta supports using custom domains:

Doesn't work for me. The button link in the email still points to Okta site.
