    Are we talking about an MFA code from SMS? If so, it's usually an issue with the phone or carrier. SMS is not gaurenteed in real time, either. If it's unusually show, just contact support@okta.com and let them know the phone number and the timestamp of the MFA challenge. They can check to try to confirm if it went through.
