Using Workday as a Master; how should we handle users with same first and last names?

Hello!

We are moving to Workday as a master, and we're curious how to handle duplicate user names. Also, how should we handle contractors that use a subdomain email address that are converted to full time?

For example, if I have a jane.doe@company.com and we have another Jane Doe joining the company, what should we do? Do we ask for middle names? What if they don't have middle names?

In regards to full time conversions, our contractors currently have an address such as john.doe@temp.company.com and we'd like to switch it to john.doe@company.com. Should we just deactivate the account or just update the primary address to reflect the new address?
