qxwst (qxwst) asked a question.

Can login be "Username or Email"?

I'm attempting to create a login form that uses the fields: "Username or Email" and "Password".

I currently don't have any restrictions set for login, but I was curious if it was possible for a user to login using their login and/or their primary_email?

is91q and 5wqjk like this.

Did you find an answer for this, as we are looking to do the same thing. Seems like it should be easy enough.

I thought the same thing, but unfortunately the response I received from support is that "login" must be unique and there can't be an overlap between Username and Email. 😞
