User access Approval process for Salesforce

Need some guidance on how to achieve it.

 

  1. Okta and Salesforce are already integrated, user account is already created.
  2. Requirement where different business owners want to approve SalesForce access based on their role. Like for example, Marketing business owner wants to approve new user who needs access to marketing module. And Sales cloud users would be approved by VP of Sales
