Staring a manual import brings up progress bar saying job queued but it never begins. Been waiting for an hour now. Tried in both Chrome and Edge with same results. Tried both incremental and full. I can't wait on scheduled time. Need to proceed asap. Dome this many times before without issue.

Checked this morning and now it's working. No explanation.
I started experiencing this issue on 1/28 also, using IE and Chrome. Looking for a resolution, issue still exists.
We get the same issue. We find out that the Okta On premises provisioning Agent service on our server was hung. We just restart the service and click on import now and the job was not stuck anymore. I hope that will help
