Do we have a list of mobile devices not supported by "Push"? I noticed that some of our users with older mobile phones are not able to get "pushes" (w/ Strong network connection) so they have to use the PIN verify instead in order to MFA.
I just called Okta support on this since it's come up a few times and the internal support page that may have listed this is now deprecated and unavailable. The only official requirements listed are iOS 11+ and Android 6+.
if you look on the apple site, it now lists minimum ios13 to download https://apps.apple.com/us/app/okta-verify/id490179405 . Android , not really any clear cut answers.
