JuanS.53128 (Customer) asked a question.

Two Okta Environments, Product Only Supports One SAML Config

We are going to be implementing a product that allows for Okta/SAML integration. However, the product only supports one SAML integration we currently have two Okta environments. Is there a way to create some sort of trust or some other method so we can authenticate the users from both Okta environments? Thanks!

In my experience, service providers only support integration with one identity provider at a time, so this may be a situation that you encounter frequently in the future. Are both of your Okta environments for production? If so, and you're not planning to consolidate everyone into one Okta org, then you may want to check out the Org2Org connector, which allows users in one Okta org to access apps in another Okta org. The documentation can be found here: http://saml-doc.okta.com/SAML_Docs/Configure-SAML-2.0-for-Org2Org.html.
