O365 Attribute (First Name & Lastname) Issue

Hello,

 

We have an organisation of approximately 20 users. The master IDP being Okta, these attributes are synced to Office 365. For one user, their first name / last name is not being synced successfully to O365 - as such, having issues with a number of O365 services - can't add this user to an MS Team etc. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm reluctant to remove the user and re-create since this will create significant disruption for this user.

    Is Okta provisioning the O365 user accounts? If so, are you getting an error message in the Okta system log when the user attempts to sync? Are there any errors on the O365 side?
