Lock down O365 apps with Okta?
We recently integrated O365 with Okta (test environment)
Right now anyone can download an office app from the app store or play store and login from any device.
We're wondering if there's anyway to set something up within Okta to lock it down now that Okta authenticates the login.
There are options available via reverse proxy (Netskope CASB) Just checking to see if there's something we can do from Okta directly.
All our mailboxes are on O365
You can control access to authentication in the sign-on policy for your O365 integration, using location, client type, and/or platform. But if you block a user from authenticating, that will affect their access to everything in O365, including their mail.
