Hello,
I am running Android 7.1.2 and get the following error after scanning the QR Code:
"/!\ Failed to register for Push Authent"
What could go wrong?

As a best practice despite your Support Plan, raising a ticket is best approach.
Anyway, from my experience, one of the most common issues during MFA registration is a mismatch of date+time between mobile device and Okta service.
Have a look on that and feel free update here for further inputs or support.
