We have lots of inhouse custom application developed and all those apps are created as Single Page Application(SPA), now our ask from business users are to have chiclet for them in My Apps. Is this feasible and if yes how can I achieve this.

There's a "bookmark" app template in the Okta catalog (click Add Application, then type "bookmark" into the Search field). Set the bookmark's URL to that of your SPA, and assign it to your users. You'll have to create a bookmark app for each of your SPA apps.
