Okta RADIUS server agent is running in the machine, but it is not connected to Okta

Hi,

 

 

Okta RADIUS Server Agent is running in the server, but in Okta Admin Console, it says that no agents is connected.

 

Should we restart Okta Radius Agent Services to check connectivity of the agent to Okta?

    Hi Anthony! The only agents that show up in the directory integration settings (in our environment) are the Active Directory agents (and I may have assumed that you're also AD-integrated, although now that I look again, you never said that). As I mentioned previously, the status/version of our RADIUS agents do not appear anywhere in my admin console.

    Where are you looking in the console? On the Downloads page, you can find the version and connection info for the AD and IWA agents, but I've never seen connection info for the RADIUS agent anywhere in the console.

    I mean, in the People Tab > Directory Integrations > Settings.

     

    It says that the status of the Okta server is "No agents connected"
