Super Org Admin privileges has been revoked

Hi,

 

We received an email, that our Super Org Admin privileges has been revoked. After receiving that, we are not able to login to Okta Tenant. With this, we cannot raise any support case at support portal.

 

Is there any reason why our Super Org Admin privileges has been revoked? Knowing that we are using an application admin account to manage the organization.

Or, is there any way to reinstate our Admin privileges?

    Does someone else in your org have Super Admin rights? The email you received is typical behavior when an account's rights are removed or downgraded, and that can only be done by another Super Admin. Hope you get it resolved soon.

    We have another problem that we are encountering, the remaining Super Org Admins are in inactive status, that's why they are having a hard time to reinstate their Okta accounts.
