We have OKTA integrated with ServiceNow and experiencing an issue that I need help with.
After a user is created using the Create User API, then I want to assign the user to the ServiceNow application within OKTA using the API. However, when I assign the user to the application, it is creating the user in ServiceNow as expected however, it is not bringing over some of the profile attributes that I was hoping for (i.e. company).
Is there a way we can specify the profile information when assigning the user to the ServiceNow application?

You should be able to accomplish this using the Profile Editor to set attribute mappings. This document might help guide you down the right path: https://help.okta.com/en/prod/Content/Topics/Directory/eu-profile_editor_tasks.htm
