Disable Password save on Chrome Plugin

So I've enabled the feature "Block browsers from saving passwords for third-party apps", and when using the Chrome plugin this does prevent the form from auto filling the password on our web application. However, when signing in through Okta Chrome does still prompt the user to save the password (which is set and held by admin) and it can still be viewed in that context, as well as in the settings portion of the browser itself if save is chosen. I understand that we can simply tell chrome to never save and be done with it, but is there some other piece of the configuration I'm missing so that the plugin prevents chrome from even asking the question, without the end-user disabling it themselves?
